Charles Sirois is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Telesystem, a private family-owned corporation that builds innovative international media and technology businesses. Mr. Sirois is Founder and Chairman of the Board of Enablis Entrepreneurial Network and Chairman of the Enablis Foundation Canada. He is also Chairman of the Fondation de l’entrepreneurship and Chairman and co-Founder of Pangea Agriculture Group. He is a director of Zone3 Inc., Propulsion Ventures Inc., ID Capital Management Inc., Argo Global Capital Inc. and Rogers Communications. Mr. Sirois holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Université de Sherbrooke, a master’s degree in finance from Université Laval and honorary doctorates from Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), University of Ottawa, Concordia University, Université Laval and École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS). Mr. Sirois received the Order of Canada in 1994 and was made a knight of the Ordre National du Québec in 1998. Mr. Sirois was inducted into Canada’s Telecommunications Hall of Fame in June 2010. Mr. Sirois published two books: The Medium and the Muse (1995) and Organic Management: Creating a Culture of innovation (2000).
